  1. This was really good, but I think it was a little bit bland. Now don't get me wrong, I will most definitely make it again, but next time, I would add some garlic, onions, and maybe some mushrooms and chicken. It's definitely a great start to a sauce. I served mine over rice because I wanted it to be more like a meal rather than a side dish. Thanks for putting this up, like I said, I'd make it again in a heart beat.

  2. I made this recipe as written and I did find it bland so I added some onion, a very small clove of garlci and a dash of dill. This perked it up and even though I really liked it, the rest of the family wasn't as enthused as I was. So we took a vote and it averaged out to 4*. I would still make it again though, maybe they were just a tough crowd tonight! Thanks for sharing Pj.

  3. YUM! This was delicious! I added some peas and a bit of swiss to the mix, but other than that followed exactly. It was creamy and extremely tasty, not to mention affordable to make. This will definately be entered into our rotation. Thanks!

  4. This was wonderful. Everyone loved it except my 2 yr. old but that's not saying much he doesn't like anything. I was afraid this was going to be bland but it wasn't, it was very creamy and good. Thank you so much for a new way to have leftover ham PJ!

  5. This was delicious! I used reduced fat sour cream and instant rice. I also subbed 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for the parmesan, and added some diced hot/sweet pickled peppers to mine at the end instead of the bell peppers. The kids loved it and so did I! Thanks for posting!
