This is a great recipe of my mothers. It's a warm comfort food and a great way to use up leftover ham.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 12 cups cubed ham
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 23 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked noodles


  1. In a saucepan brown mushrooms and ham in the margarine. Stir in the soup and milk and heat through, then add the noodles. Heat, stirring now and then.

This is very good! And sooo easy. I decided to add some english peas to add a bit of color, and also added some diced onions in the first step. Great to come and make after a "true" Monday at work!! Thanks so much for sharing your mom's recipe! Made for Rookie Tag game.
