This came together quickly, using a food processer for the ham. I drizzed on the ketchup at the end as I flipped the loaf out of the pan and it would have been on the bottom, otherwise. :) Thanks, Dienia, for a great main dish recipe. Made for Newest Zaar Tag.

  1. Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor.
  2. Place in greased loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup.
  4. Finish baking.
