Ham and Green Onion Ball

"This Cracker spread is so addicting. I don't even like onions but for some reason I can eat this on crackers with no problem. It tastes better after it sits a day or two in the fridge and keeps well for about a week. Some might add more onion or ham for personal taste."

Hi there. I am from Central Illinois and I work with my brother and my Father building log homes. I like to fish and hunt with my Husband and spend time with my little girl in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and getting a reaction out of the people after they taste it as well as offering recipes and ideas. I get a lot of my recipes from Taste of Home, but a few of my recipes I do like to take credit for!
