I resisted the temptation to add mustard until I followed the recipe exactly, but I did add it after the first taste, also my ham was rather sweet, so that may be why it needed it. Also, I threw in some celery seed for extra flavor. Thanks for posting! Made for I RECOMMEND 2012

I love ham salad, and I love egg salad, so this was delicious to me! Served with crackers, I enjoyed this as posted. The ham provided all the salt necessary. I also made a sandwich with this, and added some pickles and black pepper. Simple goodness! Next I'll try it on top of raw spinach....think it would be delicious that way. Thanks for sharing!
Made this as 2 serves and used in sandwiches (though I did take a pic with it on crackers) using wholemeal/wholegrain bread and the DM and I had deliciously enjoyable lunch. Thank you katew, made for Edition 8 - Make My Recipe. UPDATE 21 Aug.'11 made up full recipe, used a thick piece of smoked ham which I finely diced, 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley but only 2 tablespoon of whole egg mayo to 4 hardboiled eggs and served as an open sandwich for myself and a toasted regular sandwich for the DM with plenty left over for the DS to take in sandwiches over the next couple of days. Delicious.

Made for ZWT6 as a Family Pick because there are just times you want to ignore your kitchen stove/oven .. fix something ingredient-friendly, easy & tasty .. be lazy .. & watch everyone else cook like fiends. Today was that dy for me. I used a pre-cooked, boneless & smoked pork loin (the Icelandic version of ham) for this, sliced it thinly & made your recipe as written except for the addition of some celery I had on-hand, needed to use & chopped finely to add a bit of texture. A bowl of this & a box of Ritz crackers seemed like comfort food heaven as the end of the Tour nears. Thx for sharing this recipe w/us. :-)
DELICIOUS! I love egg-salad and the additon of the ham really adds a whole new dimension to this salad. I used Black Forest Ham and free-range eggs, and served with several different kinds of whole-grain and gluten-free crackers. This was our light and tasty Friday night dinner. Thanks for posting! This is so yummy with ham in it. I had slices of deli black forest ham. I used that and it was so good. I used dried parsley but less than 2 tbs. Thanks Katew :) Made for Holiday tag

This made for a great snack for DH and myself. I followed the recipe exactly, so easy and so very tasty. DH and I really enjoyed this on wholemeal crackers. It really was delicious. I will be keeping this recipe in mind for the summer months! Thanks katew for another great recipe.
