Uses canned milk and regular milk; simple easy to put together after church. Even little kids could do this one. I'm sure you could add stuff to this recipe if you wanted.

  1. Mix milk, evaporated milk, eggs, ham, and cheddar cheese together.
  2. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Very easy and good. I had a few frozen artichokes I needed to use, so added these, chopped, to the mixture. My only problem is that it overflowed a bit, but I put my pie pan on a cookie sheet -- I think if I used a bigger pie or quiche pan it would have worked a little better, but this was a wonderful way to use up some leftover ham. Thanks for sharing!

This is so quick, easy and tasty! I made 1/2 the filling since I didn't have a deep dish crust and I am glad I did; it was full to the top. Made with some leftover baked ham that I diced up and mild cheddar that I didn't measure, just threw a handful or so in. Had this for dinner with Mustard Roasted Red Potatoes 467194 and salad. Made for PRMR.
