This is my sister's invention. She brings them to most of our holiday family get togethers.
- Slice the pieces of ham in half.
- Spread cream cheese on each ham slice.
- Trim enough of the green part of the onion so it is about 6 inches long.
- Place the onion on the ham slice and roll up.
- The ham should be at the white end of the onion.
