- 2 cups original Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can green giant cream-style corn
- 1 (11 ounce) can green giant mexicorn whole mexicorn whole kernel corn, drained
directions
- Heat oven to 350°F Spray 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix ingredients. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Cut into squares.
