  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in pie plate.
  3. Combine Bisquick, pepper, and egg substitute until blended.
  4. Pour mixture into pie plate.
  5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knif in center comes out clean.
  6. Cool 5 minutes.
