Ham and Cheese Omelet Bake

This is so delicious and very easy. I take to a church breakfast and I don't have leftovers.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can Pillsbury Grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 count)
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or your preference of cheese)
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped (Turkey Bacon can be used)
  • 1 lb Canadian bacon, chopped (diced ham can be used)


  1. Heat oven to 350* F. Spray bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces; arrange evenly in bottom of dish. In large bowl beat eggs and combine remaining ingrediants; stir till well mixed. Poor egg mixture over biscuits making sure biscuits are all covered. Press biscuits down with spoon if not.
  2. Bake at 350* for 45 Minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
