This is an easy breakfast idea that does not take more thatn 10 minutes to make. Perfect for someone who is always on the go.
- 1 bagel, split in half
- 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 6 slices extra lean smoked ham
- 3 slices granny smith apples
- 1 teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese
- spread the mayonnaise on the bagel
- cover the bottom of the bagel with the ham, then the apple slices and finally the cheese.
- pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- cover with the top part of the bagel.
