Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 cup blanched almond, toasted lightly

Directions

  1. In a skillet, melt the brown sugar in the water over low heat.
  2. Add the almonds all at once and mix together quickly.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat,.
  4. drop heaping teaspoonsful of the "fudge" onto an ungreased tray, and let the sweets cool.
  5. Store in a jar with a tight cover.
