    Ingredients:

    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar
    • 2 (6 ounce) packages baker premium white baking chocolate, melted
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
    • 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
    • 8 drops yellow food coloring
    • 4 drops red food coloring

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
    2. 2
      Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition.
    3. 3
      Add white chocolate, vanilla, pecans, and food coloring; mix well.
    4. 4
      Spread in a foil-lined 8 inch square pan.
    5. 5
      Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
    6. 6
      Cut into squares.

      I made this for my quilter's club meeting. A big hit with all the girls and me too. Smooth and creamy fudge and the orange color was just too cute. Thanks Nurse Di.
