  1. On a plate, combine flour with oregano, salt and pepper. Coat halibut with seasoned flour and shake off excess.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add halibut and cook, turning, 3-5 minutes per side. Remove to a warm serving platter.
  3. Add butter to skillet, stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and our butter over fish. Serve.
