This delightful snack went like hot fire at the moving party we had today for my son. I followed this recipe to a "tee" except for 2 small changes. I used the small rye bread used for appetizers and spread the top with a tablespoon of the topping. I then put the cheese on top, (melted) and boy it was gobbled up, with none left. Thank you for this unique recipe that was easy to make and easy to eat.
