this is a very quick recipe using spanish sausage chorizo.

  1. Fry the onions, garlic, ham, chorizo, tomatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and greern pepper in a little oil.
  2. cook the peas.
  3. place the peas on an ovenproof dish.
  4. add the onion mixture and season.
  5. crack open the egg and place on top.
  6. bake until egg is cooked.
