This is a simple sauce to make at home for steamed dumplings with an asian flair.
- 3 tablespoons japanese soya sauce (I use Kikkoman low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce (most large grocery stores carry in asian section)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2-1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
- Just mix all ingredients together and use as dip. You also may adjust hot chili sauce to taste.
