• 2 large sweet potatoes
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 118.29 ml sugar
• 4.92 ml nutmeg
• 29.58 ml margarine, melted
• 2.46 ml salt
• 236.59 ml dark cane sugar

directions

1. Peel and grate sweet potatoes.
2. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour into greased baking dish and cook in slow oven at 300 degrees F until done, about 1 hour.
