ingredients
- 1 cup shaved ice
- 1 ounce sambuca romana
- 2 ounces green chartreuse liqueur
directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in Sambuca and Chartreuse. Vigorously stir or shake until foamy. Serve in a snifter or pony glass.

I didn't have green chartreuse liqueur, so I used absinthe instead. I agree with a previous poster, this is very potent but really had good flavors mixing together. Made for ZWT4. -
This is a really different drink. Not a drink we're used to. But it makes that drinks particular. Very potent. Sambuca and green chartreuse together is a good mix. We were 2 to drink this drink. Thanks Julie :) Made for Beverage tag.
