This gets 5 stars! I made two of these with mushrooms and red peppers (I cooked the veggies in a pan with a bit of cooking spray) and topped with about a TBSP parmesan cheese. It was wonderful and only 163 calories and 2.5 g fat for both- I'm full and it was fabulous!
For being low cal, it sure didn't taste it. What a great idea. The only addition I made was to put some sliced red onion on it with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes after melting the cheese. All kinds of possibilities. Thanks Made for PAC Spring 08
this is a great low calorie snack. :) sometimes i leave off the cheese and pile it with veggies instead. (bell peppers, mushrooms and onion is good) pineapple and veggie (soy) "ham" is also a great topper.
