From a Torani Syrup web-site. Feel free to use whatever SF brand syrup you choose.
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1⁄4 cup strong brewed coffee
- Mix all together in a tall glass.

Yum! Very refreshing and does taste like an eclair, and diabetic friendly to boot! I used ice water and Medaglia d'Oro Espresso powder, so it was even easier-no brewing.
