This is a favorite smoothie that my kids enjoy.
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup fat-free frozen chocolate yogurt or 1 cup low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt
- 2 Oreo cookies (chocolate sandwich cookies, you could even use reduced-fat Oreos)
- Combine milk and frozen yogurt in blender until smooth.
- Crumble in Oreos and blend.
Well I don't know how "guilt-free" this recipe is because my kids have "guilted" me into making this a few times already!! What a nice treat that I don't mind serving them because it is healthier. I will now keep chocolate yogurt (who knew they even made that!) on hand to make these again and again! Great with a chocolate chip cookie crumbled on top too! Thanks for sharing in Potluck tag game.
