Looking for something different? Try this for something new and tropical! You will love it! Guava has a sweet vanilla-like flavor that pairs wonderfully with the mint and rum.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Muddle mint springs and sugar together in a measuring cup. Use this cup to measure the rum and juices so you rinse out all the yummy goodness.
  2. Place muddled mint and sugar in cocktail shaker half filled with ice, add rum and juices and shake 15 times.
  3. Strain into glass filled with ice. Dilute to desired strength with club soda. optional.
  4. Garnish with mint.

I've had a can of guava nectar in my cabinet for a long time and didn't quite know what to do with it. I love mojitos, so I thought I'd give this a try. It was really good! I still prefer the traditional recipe, but it's nice to change it up a little. Thanks!

Delish! A perfect pink color for a girly get together. I'll go heavy on the mint sprigs next time, as not much of the mint pieces come through the strainer, and I like my mint pieces in a mojito. Thanks for the great recipe!
