A nice variation to the standard guacamole.Watercress gives it a nice natural hot flavor
- 4 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 cup chopped watercress
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons onions, chopped finely
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce (use as much heat as you enjoy but remember the cress is hot too)
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover& Chill.
- Serve with fresh hot strips of corn tortilla or corn chips.
