  1. Sprinkle Knox Gelatin over cold water in a medium bowl; allow to stand until gelatin is moistened.
  2. Add boiling water; stir constantly until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, salt, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
  4. With wire whisk or rotary beater blend gelatin mixture with avacados.
  5. Stir in onion and tomato; turn into a mould.
  6. Chill until set; unmould.
  7. Serve with corn chips or assorted crackers.
