Today I tried plain yogurt for the first time! Yummy! A --Tasty Dish-- Original.
- 1⁄2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (unflavored)
- 2 tablespoons small curd cottage cheese or 2 tablespoons silken tofu, mashed
- Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the yogurt.
- Stir in the cottage cheese or tofu.
- Not too shabby!
