- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons homemade gourmet southwest seasoning
- salt and pepper
- Mash avocado in a small bowl, adding other ingredients and stirring to form a smooth dip.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
