      Just love avocados! The scallions make this guacamole fresh and crisp! I did add one garlic clove. No salt and pepper. Thanks Derf!

      Yum!!!! I meant for this to go with enchiladas, but I ended up eating it by itself with a spoon.

      Perfect, I only had one avocado and wanted to mix up some guacamole for our enchiladas..simple and easy and we liked the hot touch of the Tabasco.
