This is an easy recipe that has great flavor . you will not be disappointed .

  1. Wash outside of avocado cut in halve and scoop pulp. place in a bowl. mince onion, tomato, cilantro and jalopeno. mash avacado with fork and add next 4 ingredients. juice the lime and add to everything in the bowl . mix. salt and pepper to taste.

This was a great addition to Mexican night at our house (which this time oddly enough included a Mexican Pizza!) :) We did omit the tomatoes as this is one dish we really prefer without them but other than we made as directed and really enjoyed this spicier than normal version of gaucamole!
