- 1Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente.
- 2Drain and leave the pasta in the colander. Add the shrimp to the pan with a little oil if you like and heat through for a minute.
- 3Return the pasta to the pan with the guacamole. Turn off the heat, stir and serve. Make sure that you don’t heat the guacamole or the sauce may split.
