This is guacamole as I like it. It's easy to make and tastes great.

Directions

  1. Remove skin and stones from the avocados and place the avocado flesh in a bowl. Mash with a fork or immersion blender to desired consistency.
  2. Add lemon juice, crushed garlic (or garlic powder, if using), tabasco sauce and creme fraiche. Mix well.
  3. Add salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
  4. Serve immediately as the guacamole will go brown after a couple of hours.
