I learned this recipe in Peru. It's super simple, but good
- chop the avocados.
- chop the onion.
- mix the avocados and onion together, add salt and pepper to taste.
- add the lemon to taste.
Made as written and I thought it was perfect! I am not a huge fan of all the 'stuff' in guacamole so this was right up my alley. Made with red onion and fresh-cracked pepper. Served it atop recipe#455941 455941. Made for Spring PAC 2013.
Okay...I have to say that this was super simple to make, but I did make some additions to the original recipe. I tried the recipe as written, but thought it was missing some flavors. I used a red onion, added some diced tomato and some chopped jalapeno peppers. Great with tortilla chips and also topped on quesadillas. Made for PAC Spring 2013.
