Fantastic avocado salsa!!

  1. Grill peppers and tomatillos.
  2. In food processor, blend garlic, peppers and salt. Add tomatillos, lemon juice and avocado, blend again.
  3. Serve on salsa dish and garnish with onion rings and chopped cilantro.

Very enjoyable guacamole. I loved the idea of grilling the vegetables before adding them. The serrano pepper provided a real kick! I omitted the salt (personal preference). Thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring '09.
