We just did not care for the yogurt in this recipe. I think from now on we'll stick with a classic Dauphinoise recipe rather than a healthier version. Thanks KandB. Made for PAC Spring 2008.

  1. Slice potatoes thinly.
  2. Mix all ingredients holding out 1 cup of cheese. lay out potatoes and pour mixture over potatoes.
  3. Cook for approximately 45 minutes at 400°F.
