Nice and sweet-tart! Just the way I like it! I added a pinch of salt to the crust, the zest of three lemons and a pinch of salt to the lemon filling. I added the coconut to the raw filling ~ next time I'll try them in an 8x8 pan for a thicker bar, and will bake a little longer. Tagged for PRMR, originally due 10/08, with extension due 10/21.
