- 225 g grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard (optional)
- 4 slices bread
- 8 slices ham
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

- Put the cheese, milk and mustard in a pan and warm very gently until just melted.
- Turn on the grill and toast the bread on both sides. Top with the ham and tomatoes then spoon over the cheesey mix. Slide back under the grill and cook until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
