I grew up in Destin, and this is a local favorite!!! I was always taught to use creamy Italian dressing and lots of fresh grated parmesan. This version was okay but I think if you try the creamy Italian you may like the flavor better. If using frozen fish be sure to thaw completely and pat dry. I would still add the hot sauce and top with parsley.

The topping was tasty, however, i don't know what i did wrong b/c the grouper was fishy tasting and it came out really watery. So, maybe when i defrosted it didn't defrost all the water? I don't know, but I will try it again and use fresh fillets. I only gave 3 stars but it was more my fault, i think.
