Grouper Parmesan

"We spend a month in Destin, Florida every year. This is a favorite in that area and is delicious. If you can't find grouper, use another firm white fish."

  1. I grew up in Destin, and this is a local favorite!!! I was always taught to use creamy Italian dressing and lots of fresh grated parmesan. This version was okay but I think if you try the creamy Italian you may like the flavor better. If using frozen fish be sure to thaw completely and pat dry. I would still add the hot sauce and top with parsley.

  2. It was just ok. Not great, not horrible but have just had better grouper dishes

  3. The topping was tasty, however, i don't know what i did wrong b/c the grouper was fishy tasting and it came out really watery. So, maybe when i defrosted it didn't defrost all the water? I don't know, but I will try it again and use fresh fillets. I only gave 3 stars but it was more my fault, i think.
