Really good recipe! Easy to make and very flavorful. My husband likes them a lot and said they were much better than walking down to the local fast food place for a chicken sandwich. That's what he would have done before we were married back in January. I really enjoy these patties too. They are moist and delicious. I usually make them on the small side and use a brown and serve roll as a bun! YUM! Thanks for posting!

Made as posted with turkey, garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon ground sage in place of thyme. These are leaner for breakfast suasuge and very tasty in an English muffin with scrambled egg. Thanks for posting foodtvfan.

I made these on 9/21/07 for Adopt-An-Orphaned-Tag.To both my SO and I,we thought that there was a lack of "sausage taste". I wished I could say that we liked it,but we didn't.But thank you for taking the time to post this.

These are very good! I used chicken and popped them in the freezer for quickie breakfast sandwiches. They are yummy and much better on my points than sausage! We will be making these again.

DH and I both liked this and DD liked it too, dipped in maple syrup:). I used 99% lean ground turkey and I used sesoned breadcrumbs instead of cracker crumbs. Next time I think I'll use plain crumbs and a little cayene pepper. YUMMY!
