Tasty recipe with just the right amount of heat. I served it as a side dish but will make it again for tacos or tostados. I used fresh tomatoes and added a bit of tomato juice. We enjoyed out dinner very much Made again this time with a whole wheat tortilla Mmm

Great way to make tacos without a lot of fuss. The ground pork adds great flavor that makes this so different from ordinary ground beef tacos.

I had a hog butchered and having a ton of ground pork, I found this recipe. I am not a big fan of ground pork but this was great! I did mix about half and half with beef and tonight we are going straight pork on some specials. I used Rotel and it was nice and spicy with a great flavor. Super easy and pleasey!

Delicious! I couldn't find an 8 oz. can of tomatoes so I used Rotel. I fried the flour tortillas to crsip them a little. I put refried beans on first then the toppings. Tasted great. Thanks AmyMCGS. Bullwinkle.
