This turned out fairly well for my family dinner tonight. I didn't have any celery on hand, so substituted zucchini. While it tasted good, I find that ground chicken tends to smell a little funky even after cooking. That's not the fault of the recipe though.

I really liked this and it was easy to put together. The only thing I did different was to add a 19 oz can of tomatoes after tasting. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for posting!

This was a great, simple recipe that I would use again. I spiced it up a little bit by adding fresh hot peppers as well as the crushed pepper flakes. I also added cumin, and about 2 Tablespoons of chili powder. This was my first time using ground chicken, and I found I don't care for the taste, so next time I will use beef, or possible wild rice for a veggie version.

Made this last night for the boys & it was a hit! I changed the recipe a little - substituted 1 can of pinto & 1 can of black beans for the 2 cups of kidney beans & added an extra teaspoon of chili powder. Thanks Ken for posting the delicious recipe :)

Great chili! So easy, too! I'll be making this many more times. I substituted ground turkey for the chicken (couldn't find any ground chicken at the store) and added another clove or two of garlic, but otherwise made it as written. YUMMMMMMMMM!

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out wonderful. I love the taste, not boring at all. Made about 3 servings for us. Great for a low carb diet. Thanks for posting!

We're on the South Beach Diet and was thrilled to find this recipe. I used a jarred tomato sauce with only 3% sugar to keep within the restrictions of Phase I of the diet. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. I will definately be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent Chicken chili! Great taste, was surprized at adding celery to a chili, but it was very good added extra depth to it. All I had was a pizza sauce, thick and chunky, it worked just fine and instead of crushed pepper flakes I used a couple of teaspoons of extra hot "Chili Garlic Sauce" from Viet-Nam, gave it a lovely zing! Also had a part of a green pepper to use up, so threw it in too, otherwise followed the recipe. Very happy with the results and will definately use it again, thanks for sharing.
