I like this recipe because it is a comfort food. It is fast,easy and healthy. My husband and I made this recipe up one night when I was late cooking supper. It is a great end of the day meal for everyone.

  1. Mix ground beef with onion and pepper.
  2. Add seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Brown ground beef in medium pot.
  4. No need to drain (beef should be lean).
  5. Add noodles.
  6. Add water just until noodles are covered.
  7. Bring to boil.
  8. Simmer between medium and high until noodles are cooked.
  9. Water should be boiled down by now.
  10. Simmer on high if water has not boiled down enough.
  11. Turn off heat and cover pot for 5 minutes before serving.
  12. Flavors will mix together.
  13. Stir and serve.
