SO easy and yummy too. I forgot to add the paprika and I did miss that extra spice. Next time I'll be sure to add it and maybe some garlic pepper or a splash of red wine. Also I just cooked the onions in with the ground beef to keep it a one pan meal and that worked just fine. Thanks for an easy dinner that I'll be working into the rotation!

I haven't had stroganoff in so long!! I was thrilled that it was so easy to throw together. I did substitute the cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom and added some Worcestershire sauce. My husband added some red wine to his... he seemed very pleased.

Made this tonight and it was good and very easy! DH had two helpings - which is always a good sign. I added some Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder and a little bit of ground red pepper for a kick and I used cream of mushroom soup instead of the cream of chicken. I'll make again, I'm sure! I served it over egg noodles with steamed broccoli and crescent rolls.

Thank Goodness for you! This was quick and easy. Made it veg by using Morningstar crumbles, and cream of mushroom soup. (have a quick homemade recipe). So good. Great as is and as a base to add to. Gonna add red wine and chopped garlic next time. Great for unexpected omni guests!

I just added a 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder and a 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder into to the meat for flavor. And cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken. Pretty close to what I like

Absolutely wonderful! I used extra lean sirloin, 1/2 vidalia onion, reduced fat cream of mushroom soup (instead of cream of chicken), 1 large jar of button mushrooms (drained), and fat-free sour cream. I serve over a half lb. of curly noodles. This meal is ALWAYS a hit!! It's a nice rich meal and very filling (even when using low-fat ingredients!). I have given this recipe to so many people I lost track!! This is a definite keeper :o) Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!

Excellent recipe, quick and easy and delicious. I only had 1/2 a cup of sour cream, so I made up the difference with plain yogourt. I also used mushroom soup instead of chicken. I will definitely make this again. Thank you!

I found this a quick and easy meal and my BF loved it. It was a little bland for my tastes but that didn't stop me from finishing my plate. While I used a lean ground beef I found I had to drain off some fat, will try using the turkey next time as that is super lean. I served this over egg noodles with a veg side and saw that this would easily feed 6 people. Overall I would make this again.

Delicious and SO quick and easy! The only changes I made were to use fresh mushrooms instead of canned and cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. I also cooked the onions with the ground beef which worked fine. It tasted like a meal that took lots of prep and time to cook but was start-to-finish ready in only a few minutes. We will certainly make this again very soon. Thank you!

I also added the 2 cloves garlic but did not use the mushrooms. It had great flavor and was very easy.

This one has been in heavy rotation for some time. I added 2 cloves of garlic to the onions but besides that it’s perfect.

Certainly quick and easy to prepare. Used cream of mushroom soup -- no chicken soup in pantry, and ground turkey. Served over Kluski noodles, with Recipe # 125580, White Bean Zucchini Salad. Made plenty for DH and me, with sufficient left for another meal. Thanks for posting, LisaS KY.

This was the best homemade stroganoff I've ever had! My kids loved it and they are very hard to please, so I am glad to say that this will be at least a OAMC recipe for me! And I am always eager to please the family when company comes, so I will more than likely make this for them next time ( I will modify for weight watchers though). Thanks!

This was easy to make and it came in handy to make something different quick. I cooked extra mushrooms with the onion and added basil at the end. Thank you I will use this again....

Very Good, I made it skinny by using fat free sour cream, 98% fat free cream of chicken soup and I can't believe it's not butter spray to brown the onions! I believe the fat is down to 4.2 grams per serving!
