My mom used to make this when i was a child.Definetly a comfort food and economical also.

Absolutely loved this dish. Everyone had seconds and said this recipe was a definite keeper. I doubled the recipe and filled the top with more than 8 biscuits, enough to cover the whole dish and last 5 minutes I put shredded cheese all over the biscuits. It was very yummy!

  1. Brown meat and onions.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Combine cream cheese,soup,milk,catsup and salt.
  4. Add meat and onions.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes.
  7. Put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown on top.
