My mom used to make this when i was a child.Definetly a comfort food and economical also.

  1. Brown meat and onions.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Combine cream cheese,soup,milk,catsup and salt.
  4. Add meat and onions.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes.
  7. Put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown on top.

My family liked this! I added a couple garlics, a can of green beans, and skipped the ketchup. I put the 1/8 milk but it didn't seem like enough. I added some half and half. The meat mixture definitely needs to be doubled.

This recipe was very easy to make and we all liked it a lot. One family member said it may be one of her all-time favorites--quite a feat! I will double the mixture the next time however, except for the biscuits. I made it with Bisquick, as I didn't have other ready-made on hand. I just spread the Bisquick biscuit mix on top. YUM! I will definitely make this again. Thank you!!!
