  1. This recipe was very easy to make and we all liked it a lot. One family member said it may be one of her all-time favorites--quite a feat! I will double the mixture the next time however, except for the biscuits. I made it with Bisquick, as I didn't have other ready-made on hand. I just spread the Bisquick biscuit mix on top. YUM! I will definitely make this again. Thank you!!!

  2. It was delicious. Very similar to beef stroganoff. Just add egg noodles and this recipe... Otherwise, it was a great dinner! I would suggest you use two 10 1/2 ounce cans of cream of mushroom, and to bake the biscuits separately because the bottom WILL be undercooked and taste like dough. It would be more work but I think that would perfect this dish. I used 1.78 pounds of ground beef, added onion powder, and dried onion flakes.

  3. I change thr recipe a little bit. Added Miss Dash, garlic. Instead of cream cheese I used shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I also split the biscuits in half. I was a hit. I next time I'm going to double the meat.

  4. Absolutely loved this dish. Everyone had seconds and said this recipe was a definite keeper. I doubled the recipe and filled the top with more than 8 biscuits, enough to cover the whole dish and last 5 minutes I put shredded cheese all over the biscuits. It was very yummy!

  5. My husband absolutely loved this! So quick and easy after a long day!!

  1. Really tasty and versatile recipe! I didn't have any cream of mushroom, so I used cream of chicken instead. It was still awesome! DH think this would be great with pinto beans or green beans or sliced mushrooms mixed in the beef mixture.... You could even stir in some cheese! VERY yummy recipe - thank you, Pat!
