I grill zucchini at least twice a week and have never thought to use cumin on it. This is really a great flavor. It went very well with my grill chicken breast. My zucchini was pretty big and cut in half it still only took about 5 minutes to get crisp tender.

  1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
  2. Make criss-cross hatches into the cut side of the flesh.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with cumin.
  6. Grill on medium hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired tenderness.
