Loved it! Love veggies on the grill, plus easy peasy. Served this with rice and Chive Sauce for Grilled Salmon. Thank you breezermom for sharing. Made for an Unrulies by an Unruly during ZWT6 while touring Greece.

The combination of vegetables was absolutely fabulous. I really enjoy zucchini, and I thought the Greek Seasoning blend really perked up the fresh vegetables. I tried broiling this indoors for about 20 minutes (when the weather turned cold), and it worked out well. Thanks, breezermom! Made for Gimme-5 tag game.

The balsamic vinegar goes really well with the herbs. I used a medley of peppers (red, green, yellow) and onion. It was snowing so I skipped the BBQ and made it in the oven which worked well. Made for 1-2-3 tag

Loved the flavours of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar paired with the herbs and seasonings. Grilled indoors this time but can't wait to make it properly in the summer!

Great tasting veggies. Easy and delicious. Loved the addition of the greek seasoning. My picture reflects the veggies b/f baking. I also took the initiative (as you can tell by photo) of including some peapods to the mix. MMmmmm. Made for TYM Tag.

Delicious! Made as written adding the few baby eggplant that were screaming to be added to the platter. And as mentioned in the header it makes an out of this world sandwich. Thank so much for such a great recipe.
