Wonderful flavor and simple to make. I'd probably love it even more minus the salt and with a tablespoon less oil.
This is great! I used my stovetop grill pan to make these. After I cut them into strips, I patted some of the extra water off with a paper towel, and brushed the mixture onto one side of the zucchini, piling them criss-cross style on a plate. I then put them "mixture-side down" on the grill pan, and I brushed the other side with the seasoning while the strips were cooking. I used Cajun Spice Rub Mix Recipe for the cajun seasoning, too. This was so easy and so good. I served these with Healthy Chicken/Turkey Burgers. Thanks for posting this recipe - and thank Mike too! ;)
Loved the flavor of these. I added extra garlic and didn't use all the pepper (but it was still a detectable flavor). Everyone loved these and there were no leftovers.
What a great recipe. Since living in Germany I don't have an outdoor grill, so I used a grill pan. They were gone before I could finish cooking them. I left out the pepper and salt because the cajun seasoning had enough of both. I have requests to make again tomorrow night. This will be added to my weekly rotation. Thanks for a great recipe!
Great flavor. I found the strips need to be grilled only 2-3 minutes on each side. Followed the time recommended of 5 mins/side and the first batch of zucchini was mush -way overdone. Halved the time I left the strips on the grill with the next batch and they were perfect.
This was wonderful! I omitted the cajun seasoning due to personal taste and added a bit of sesame oil. This will be a regular on my vegetable rotation!

These were great even though I misread and used 1 T. of garlic powder instead of 1 tsp. I also left out cajun seasoning.
This was GREAT!! I substituted Pappys' Choice seasoning for the Cajon because I don't do spicy. Man was this good! Thank you for great recipe idea!
