Directions

  1. Prepare two plates. At one them fluff one egg with mint, paprika and pepper, Put breadcrumbs on the second plate. Cut white cheese into slices about 1 cm. Coat each slice in the egg and the breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan on two sides (I I fried on a grill pan, but you can also fry them on a bit of butter on a regular pan).
  2. You can also use fresh mint instead of dry one.
