This is a very moist chicken with excellent flavor. I did only use 2 chicken breasts, but the entire batch of marinade. It paired well with my Cucumber, Tomato, and Pineapple Salad With Asian Dressing (Cucumber, Tomato, and Pineapple Salad With Asian Dressing) for a light and simple dinner.

I followed the recipe as posted and used black pepper. The result was wonderful---flavorful and moist chicken--a delicious combination of flavors. This was great for a weeknight. I grilled chicken indoors using a grill pan. Thanks Riff!

Great chicken! Great melding of flavors with just the right amount of kick from the heat. BBQed this for a few friends and they all loved it. I did marinate for about 4 hours, and I used 1 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp cracked fresh black pepper, 'cause one in the group doesn't like things spicy. But they all enjoyed it. As did I, a keeper for sure.
